Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction Bennett Services. LLC strives to ensure complete satisfaction with our junk removal, demolition, and commercial trash services. This policy outlines our terms for refunds and cancellations. By booking our services, you agree to these terms. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. More than 24 hours' notice: No fee will be incurred. Any prepaid deposits will be refunded in full. Less than 24 hours' notice: A flat cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged to the card on file, or deducted from your deposit. On-Site Cancellations / No-Show: If our team arrives and cannot access the property, or if the job is canceled upon arrival, a $75.00 dry-run trip fee will apply. 3. Refund Policy Because our services involve immediate physical labor, vehicle transportation, and non-reimbursable third-party landfill/disposal fees, all completed services are final and non-refundable. Service Issues: If you are dissatisfied with our service, you must contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to review and remediate the issue. We do not offer cash or card refunds for completed labor. Company Cancellations: If Bennett Services. LLC is unable to complete a scheduled service due to mechanical failure, weather, or internal issues, a 100% refund will be issued for any prepaid amounts within 5–7 business days. Hazardous Materials: If our team arrives and finds hazardous materials (chemical waste, asbestos, etc.) not disclosed during booking, we reserve the right to refuse service and charge a flat $50.00 assessment fee. 4. Commercial Dumpster & Ongoing Services For ongoing commercial trash services, billing is handled according to your specific service agreement. Notice Required: Cancellation requests for ongoing services must be submitted in writing 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. No Partial Refunds: Refunds are not provided for partial months of service or unused dumpster days once a billing cycle has begun. 5.
